What motivates you?

Goals motivate! It is simple to say, I want to be in the best shape of my life, or I want to be the wealthiest person in the world, but how do you get to there? Through goals. Goals motivate, and once motivated, action follows. Once you have a set goal, you have to think of the actions necessary to meet that goal. If it is to lose weight, 1 goal will be to eat a healthier diet, but then you have to know, what is a “healthy diet” for you. With that said, maybe your 1st step to your goal is to meet with a nutritionist and create a meal plan. This could be the 1st action you perform to reach your goal of being in the best shape of your life.

Writing down your goals is extremely important. If reenforces the idea of the goal and you have it written down so you can see and read your goal, every day. Set a goal for yourself. Think of the steps, 1 by 1, you need to take to meet the goal, and perform each step, and celebrate your success everyday and recognize areas of improvement to keep you on the right track in meeting your goals which keep you motivated!
